Your introductory session begins with a Postural, Movement & Muscular Assessment where we will:

  • Review your health history
  • Assess your current posture, movement patterns & joint alignment
  • Test muscles for weaknesses or imbalances

Whether your goal is to lose weight, reshape and tone your body or alleviate pain, this assessment will determine what exercises are best suited for you.

After our introductory session, we’ll create a customized Pilates program to help you achieve optimal results and sustainable well-being. As you progress, your program will continue to evolve
